The Green Health Method (GHM) was created to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. It is a holistic approach to help people reclaim control over their body and mind, thoughts and feelings.
Custom programs are prescribed where meaningful change can occur. All coaching programs include weight loss/gain management, career, health, physical strength, spiritual connection and relationship guidance. Additions such as; home cooking, education, social life, finance, creativity, home environment are often included and depend on an individual’s wants and needs. The GHM is home to compassion and care, while holding clients accountable for lasting positive change.
